These terms cover use of the VIRGIL AGENCY website. Terms for a localization project are agreed separately in writing.

2. Website information and inquiries

The website presents our audiovisual localization services for businesses and lets you contact us about a potential project. Please provide accurate information and, when contacting us on behalf of a business, make sure you are authorized to do so.

Sending an inquiry or materials does not create a service contract or commit either party to proceed. Scope, deliverables, timing, pricing and other project terms must be agreed in writing before work begins.

We may use third-party AI-assisted tools for administrative processing and workflow organization. These tools may process information and materials you share with us, including your name, email address, company, messages, project requirements, videos and other files. People remain responsible for reviewing inquiries and making project decisions.

3. Materials you share

Only send information and files that you are authorized to share for an initial project assessment. Relevant materials may be reviewed by selected team members and independent contractors subject to confidentiality obligations.

Sending materials does not transfer ownership to us or give us permission to publish them. Rights to project deliverables are addressed in the separate project agreement.

Please do not send sensitive personal data or material requiring an NDA or restricted access through the ordinary inquiry form. Email us first to agree how to share it.

4. Website content

Website content may be protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may browse the site and share links to it. To reuse its text, images or other content, obtain permission from the relevant rights holder unless the law permits your use. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the website to send unlawful material or malicious software, infringe another person's rights, gain unauthorized access or disrupt the website.
